Order Processing & Fulfillment
When will my order ship?
CellsDividing is a small artist-run brand, and many items are made to order.
Clothing, art prints, totes, and phone cases are produced and shipped by my U.S.-based production partner. These typically take 2–7 business days to make, plus 1–5 business days for shipping. Total delivery time is usually 3–12 business days.
Pins, stickers, and buttons are shipped by me directly and usually leave my studio within 1–3 business days, plus 1–5 business days for shipping. Total delivery time is usually 2–8 business days.
If your order includes different item types, they may ship separately and arrive on different days.
Tracking numbers are provided by email for all items except stickers. Stickers are usually mailed in a standard envelope without tracking (unless a different shipping method is selected during checkout).
Holiday Notice: During November and December, processing times may extend to 5–15 business days, plus 2-8 business days for shipping (7-23 business days total). Many packages will arrive on the shorter end of that estimate, but please order early for holiday delivery!
Shipping and Handling
Most orders include tracking, which will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
U.S. orders typically arrive within the timeframes listed above but some International orders may take 1–5 weeks extra depending on the destination and customs processing times.
Orders may ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other carriers.
International Customers: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for details on potential charges. Most packages will ship from the USA, but clothing and art prints are made with a production partner and can potentially ship from a closer country.
If you order clothing or art prints, they may ship from one of their global fulfillment centers located in Canada, Mexico, the UK, Latvia, and more.
Note: Shipping times are estimates and may be delayed, especially during holidays. If you need your order by a specific date, please order early to allow extra time.
Order Status
If you are a registered customer, you can access your order history by logging into your account using the log in page. Once logged in you'll see your order history; click the order number to see tracking information. Tracking information will also be emailed to you once shipped.
If you are not a registered user or need more information please use the contact page for your order status. Please email me with order information such as the name, order number, and email address associated with the order.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not absolutely in love with your order please contact me so we can come to a happy solution! Refunds, returns, or exchanges are hassle-free and should be arranged within 60 days of delivery.

Lost or Damaged Merchandise
Merchandise will be replaced or refunded, including shipping charges, if the product is defective or damaged.
Lost packages will be replaced. Please contact me if your package has not shown up within the time frame outlined above.
Payment
CellsDividing.com accepts PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover through a secure PCI compliant checkout server. Payment is processed at the time of purchase and an e-mail confirmation detailing items and billing/shipping information will be sent upon completion of your order.

Can I use your artwork for my tattoo design?
