Order Processing

Orders generally ship within 1-3 business days, however, given the handmade nature of the products orders may take up to 5 business days to process.

Shipments are made Monday - Friday except national US holidays. All shipments are sent with a shipping confirmation tracking number.

Holiday Rush: Please note that during holiday rush (November, December, January) processing time to make and ship orders can change daily due to the high volume of sales. Order processing may take 4-10 business days before shipment.

Shipping and Handling

All orders are shipped from the United States via USPS. Packages are shipped with a confirmation tracking number emailed to the address sent with your order.

International orders may incur customs fees charged by the receiving country. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your local post office or customs office to find out customs tariff and taxes for your country.

First Class: $2.15 - $2.65, Orders over $50 ship Free!
Average Delivery Time: 3-5 business days (not including processing time)

Priority: $5.70 flat rate, Orders over $100 ship Free!
Average Delivery Time: 2-3 business days (not including processing time)

Express: $18.11
Average Delivery Time: 1-2 business days (not including processing time)

International: $6.48 - $11
Average Delivery Time: 2 - 5 weeks (not including processing time)

Note: Transit times are not guaranteed and may experience delays, especially during the holidays. If you have a deadline it is recommended you order well in advance to ensure the package arrive on time. International orders may experience additional delay due to customs.

Order Status

If you are a registered customer, you can access your order history by logging into your account using the log in page. Once logged in you'll see your order history; click the order number to see tracking information. Tracking information will also be emailed to you once shipped. If you are not a registered user please use the contact page or email jenni.otoole@gmail.com for your order status. Please provide as much information as possible such as your name, order number, and email address associated with the order.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please contact me if you are not satisfied with your purchase so we can come to a happy solution. Refunds, returns, or exchanges need to be arranged within 60 days of delivery.

Lost or Damaged Merchandise

Merchandise will be replaced or refunded including shipping charges if the product is defective or damaged. Items may be required to be returned before a refund or a replacement is sent. If your package arrives damaged contact us immediately and keep all shipping materials including the box or envelope and all contents. Send pictures of the damage if possible to expedite the process.

Lost packages will be replaced. Please contact me if your package has not shown up within the time frame outlined above.

Payment

CellsDividing.com accepts PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Payment is processed at the time of purchase and an e-mail confirmation detailing items and billing/shipping information will be sent upon completion of order.
