Order Processing

Products are made to order and will ship 1-7 business days after purchase. 

Jewelry is handmade and shipped within 1-3 business days. Jewelry shipments are made Monday - Friday except for national US holidays.

Apparel (shirts, tank tops, etc.), Art Prints, Greeting Cards, and Cell Phone Cases are both manufactured and shipped by my USA based production partners. These products feature my original illustration and graphic design work. When an order is placed the item is made-to-order and will take 2-7 business days to complete before shipping. 

All shipments are sent with a shipping confirmation tracking number via email.

If your order includes multiple items they may ship separately at no extra cost. These orders will most likely ship on separates days.

During holiday rush (November and December) all orders may take up to 5 - 7 business days to process. Due to the made-to-order nature of the products please order Christmas gifts as soon as possible! :) 

Shipping and Handling

Orders are shipped from the United States. Packages are shipped with a confirmation tracking number emailed to the address associated with your order.

International orders may incur customs fees charged by the receiving country. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your local post office or customs office to find out customs tariff and taxes for your country.

USPS First Class, USA Only:
Average Delivery Time: 3-5 business days (not including processing time)

USPS Priority, USA Only:
Average Delivery Time: 2-3 business days (not including processing time)

International / Outside Of The USA:
Average Delivery Time: 2 - 5 weeks (not including processing time)

Note: Transit times are not guaranteed and may experience delays, especially during the holidays. If you have a deadline it is recommended you order well in advance to ensure the package arrives on time. International orders may experience additional delay due to customs.

Order Status

If you are a registered customer, you can access your order history by logging into your account using the log in page. Once logged in you'll see your order history; click the order number to see tracking information. Tracking information will also be emailed to you once shipped. If you are not a registered user or need more information please use the contact page for your order status. Please email me with order information such as the name, order number, and email address associated with the order.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not absolutely in love with your order please contact me so we can come to a happy solution! Refunds, returns, or exchanges are hassle-free and should be arranged within 60 days of delivery.

Lost or Damaged Merchandise

Merchandise will be replaced or refunded including shipping charges if the product is defective or damaged. 

Lost packages will be replaced. Please contact me if your package has not shown up within the time frame outlined above.

Payment

CellsDividing.com accepts PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover through a secure PCI compliant checkout server. Payment is processed at the time of purchase and an e-mail confirmation detailing items and billing/shipping information will be sent upon completion of your order.
