Order Processing

Jewelry is handmade and ships within 1-3 business days.

Apparel products (shirts, tank tops, etc.) are made-to-order and generally take 2-7 business days to complete before shipping.

Shipments are made Monday - Friday except for national US holidays. All shipments are sent with a shipping confirmation tracking number via email.

If your order includes both apparel & jewelry products they will ship seperately at no extra cost. 

During holiday rush months (November and December) orders may take up to 5 - 7 business days to process.

Shipping and Handling

Once made all orders are shipped from the United States. Packages are shipped with a confirmation tracking number emailed to the address associated with your order.

International orders may incur customs fees charged by the receiving country. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your local post office or customs office to find out customs tariff and taxes for your country.

USPS First Class, USA Only:
Average Delivery Time: 3-5 business days (not including processing time)

USPS Priority, USA Only:
Average Delivery Time: 2-3 business days (not including processing time)

International / Outside Of The USA:
Average Delivery Time: 2 - 5 weeks (not including processing time)

Note: Transit times are not guaranteed and may experience delays, especially during the holidays. If you have a deadline it is recommended you order well in advance to ensure the package arrives on time. International orders may experience additional delay due to customs.

Order Status

If you are a registered customer, you can access your order history by logging into your account using the log in page. Once logged in you'll see your order history; click the order number to see tracking information. Tracking information will also be emailed to you once shipped. If you are not a registered user or need more information please use the contact page for your order status. Please email me with order information such as the name, order number, and email address associated with the order.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not absolutely in love with your order please contact me so we can come to a happy solution! Refunds, returns, or exchanges are no problem and should be arranged within 60 days of delivery.

Lost or Damaged Merchandise

Merchandise will be replaced or refunded including shipping charges if the product is defective or damaged. Items may be required to be returned before a refund or a replacement is sent.

Lost packages will be replaced. Please contact me if your package has not shown up within the time frame outlined above.

Payment

CellsDividing.com accepts PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Payment is processed at the time of purchase and an e-mail confirmation detailing items and billing/shipping information will be sent upon completion of your order.
